Who is responsible for your information?
Functional Bodies is responsible for the personal information collected through this RESTORE landing page. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to functionalbodiesptstudio@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you request the free RESTORE plan, we collect the first name and email address you submit, together with your consent choices and basic form-submission information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use it
We use your details to provide access to the free RESTORE programme, send essential programme-access information, support you through RESTORE, respond to questions and maintain the security and operation of the service. If you separately opt in to coaching and programme updates, we may also send those communications.
Google Workbook and Facebook group
RESTORE is delivered through a Google Sheets workbook and may include access to a private Functional Bodies Facebook group. When you choose to use those services, Google and Meta may process information under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including programme delivery, support, record keeping and any communications you have chosen to receive.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted website, email, form, Google and community-platform providers to operate RESTORE. Those providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms where you use their services directly.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, and you can withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. You can also unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages or by contacting Functional Bodies.
Security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
